For all clients with a support contract, we offer telephone support on all our products during
normal UK working hours. Outside these working hours a support ticket via the Support
Portal can be raised with access to our knowledgebase. For clients outside the UK, you may
raise a support ticket or call your reseller directly for support. By having a support contract
you will receive FREE minor updates with discounts on major upgrades and other features.
